This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent in not paying the salaries to the staff members for the months from May, 2003 onwards as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and void. 2.

Advocate for petitioners submitted that an interim direction was given by this Court on 04.11.2003 directing respondents to pay the salaries immediately from May, 2003 onwards and in pursuance of the interim direction, petitioners were paid salaries regularly and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 3.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 04.11.2003. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
