HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3864 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A.10 to A.13 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.6 of 2014 of Kurnool II town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 468 IPC.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.10 to A.13 and the 2nd respondent-State represented by the learned Public Prosecutor, in the hearing before admission and before ordering notice to the 1st respondent-Senior Regional Manager.

3. A perusal of the material clearly speaks from the F.I.R., there is prima facie accusation against the petitioners and hence there are no grounds to admit the criminal petition for quashing the F.I.R. Any other remedy to the petitioners to avail is left open.

4. Therefore, the criminal petition is dismissed.
