This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 17-03-2010 in I.A.No.379/2009 in O.S.No.40/2009 on the file of V Additional District Judge, Nellore.

2. Appellants herein are the plaintiffs whose application for grant of permanent injunction was dismissed.

3. As seen from the office note, the main suit O.S.No.40/2009 was disposed of on 16-02-2015 and as the main suit was disposed of, the

relief claimed in this appeal has become infructuous.

4. Therefore, appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand dismissed.
