HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2273 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER:

Heard Sri V. Manoj, learned counsel, representing Sri M. Bala Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, and Sri Ch. Jaya Krishna, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. In fact, as could be gathered from the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the respondent - wife is that arguments were tendered in F.C.O.P., and it is posted to 13.04.2018 for passing orders by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

3. The order under challenge shows that the revision petitioner was earning around Rs.20,000/- per month and, in fact, when a claim was laid to grant Rs.20,000/- per month towards interim maintenance, the learned Judge keeping in view, the material available, arrived at that it would be just and reasonable to grant Rs.6,000/- per month towards interim maintenance and, accordingly, granted it, by order, dated 17.03.2017, in I.A.No.1053 of 2017.

4. In such an event, certainly, there cannot be any ground in the present C.R.P. to interfere with the said order when kept in view, the present day cost of living conditions. Further, even the positive photographs filed as additional material would show that the revision

petitioner, in fact, is managing one shop at least, the argument that the revision petitioner is employed under his elder brother can only be looked in the main F.C.O.P. for the reason there has been a specific averment that the jewellery shops are ancestral in nature.

5. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
