On 07.06.2018, as there was no representation for both sides, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.06.2018 under the caption "For Orders". Thereafter, the matter underwent as many as six adjournments at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants/ claimants, under the same caption, i.e., 'For Orders'. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders", there is no representation for the appellants/ claimants. It appears that the appellants/ claimants have no interest to pursue the appeal. 2 .
