THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE T. MADHAVI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1869 OF 2022

ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.72 of 2022 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'the IPC').

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police, after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and it was numbered as P.R.C.No.226 of 2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet if he so chooses.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall also stand closed.
