This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not continuing the petitioner as Aaya and terminating the petitioner without service of order or notice. The respondents are purely private institutions. No writ petition is maintainable against the respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are having number of schools and colleges throughout India and the writ petition is maintainable.

The writ petition cannot be entertained on the ground that the respondents have number of schools and colleges throughout India. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
