Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioner filed an application before respondent No.2 under Section 7(1) of A.P.(AA) Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956, for grant of ryotwari patta.
3. Petitioner's grievance is that the said application was filed on 22.09.2015 and later, notice in Form-I was also issued on 27.01.2016 by respondent No.2. But the enquiry in this regard has not been concluded by respondent No.2.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent No.2 will take up the matter and conclude the enquiry within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to conclude the enquiry within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
