THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER C.R.P.No.968 of 2019 ORDER:

This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff aggrieved by the action of the learned Special Assistant Agent-cum-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem District in not disposing I.A.No.348 of 2018 in O.S.No.351 of 2018. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

The contention advanced on behalf of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had filed an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC for grant of temporary injunction, the same has not been disposed of in spite of lapse of one year and above. It is needless to state that the interlocutory applications are required to be disposed of expeditiously.

Under these circumstances, the learned Special Assistant Agent-cum-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem District is directed to dispose of I.A.No.348 of 2018 in O.S.No.351 of 2018, pending on its file, as early as possible, preferably within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
