THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.690 of 2009 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the plaintiffs, under Section 100 of CPC, assailing the decree and judgment dated 10.3.2003 passed in A.S.No.83 of 1998 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District Judge, Cuddapah.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal. A letter dated 29.10.2018 to that effect was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
