OFFICE NOTE 13.03.2025 JSR, J Transferred to i/o folder, before corrections, if any I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of condition to the petitioner/accused No.1 that he shall appear before the Investigating authorities on every first and third Saturdays between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

When this matter is taken up for consideration, Mr. K. Rajashekar, learned counsel representing Mr. T. Bala Mohan, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentACB, submitted that the Investigating Officers after completion of investigation filed charge sheet before the concerned Court. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner is resolved.

By virtue of filing of charge sheet, the appearance of the petitioner before the Investigating Officer is not required.

Recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is disposed of.
