This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the Order dated 30.06.2010 in Crl.M.P.No.648 of 2010 in M.C.No.20 of 2003 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kodad.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the revision case the subject matter of this case is settled in between the parties and both husband and wife are residing together. Therefore, there is no cause survives for further adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Revision Case is closed as settled out of Court.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
