THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.7756 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief - "....to issue an appropriate writ, direction or order more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the G.O.Rt.No.973, dated 21.08.2010 of 1st respondent in authorizing the 2nd respondent to impose solid waste management charges (user Charges) and consequent demand notices issued by the respondents 2 and 3 to the petitioners demanding user charges from the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary, whimsical, unjust, usurious and without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions of HMC Act besides violative of Article 21, 19(1)(g) and Part IX-A of the Constitution of India." When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (A.P.) and Sri T.S.

Venkatramana, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submit that the issue in this Writ Petition, particularly, the validity of G.O.Rt.No.973, dated 21.08.2010, is squarely covered by the orders of this Court, dated 22.06.2015, in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and Batch. It is also further submitted that a large number of writ petitions have been allowed in terms of the above order of this Court.

Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and Batch, passed by this Court on 22.06.2015.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 22.06.2015, in W.P.No.31128 of 2012 and Batch to this Order. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
