Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent police to enlarge the petitioner (not an accused) on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime no. 20 of 2018 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit l-rled in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI JITHENDER RAO VEERAMALLA Advocate for the Petitioner, THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (TG) for the Respondent and the Court made the following.

SMT. JUSTICE T.RA]ANI CRIMINAL PETITIO No, 2261 OF 2O1a ORDER:
This petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Code oF Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in crime No. 20 of 2018 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.).

The case of the prosecution is that the builder, who l-6 figured as accused No. L, has created documents as if V permission is granted, for construction of building and that the builder, in turn, filed a complaint Etating that the petitioner is a licensed engineer and he provided the forged permission. Learned counsel for the petitioner suOmitsfnat based on the said complaint, crime No. 15 of 2018 of Alwal Police Station was registered and that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in that crime by virtue of order dated 07-02-2OIB in Criminal Petition No. 1085 of 2018.

Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that it is a fit case for grating anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, within 15 days from the date of this order and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the
) satisfaction of the said Station House Officer, Further, on such release, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. as under: (i) The petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required.
(ii) The petitioner shall not, directly or indlrectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) The petitioner shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
