HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1955 OF 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the wilful disobedience of the order dated 09.04.2015, in Writ Petition No.9972 of 2015. At the time of hearing, it is submitted by both the learned counsel that as per the direction given by this Court on 09.04.2015 in W.P.No.9972 of 2015, the representation made by the petitioner, vide letter dated 20.02.2015, was considered and as a matter of fact, the Enquiry Officer was changed. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this contempt case. The contempt case is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall also stand closed.
