On 26.11.2013, the counsel for petitioner has taken time to implead Tahsildar as one of the respondents. So far, steps in that direction are not taken.

With the passage of time, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ prayer.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
