HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 8730 OF 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client has taken away all the papers and he has no instructions in the petition. This petition was filed in 2005. No interim order at any point of time was passed in favour of the petitioner. That seems to be the reason why the petitioner is not in touch with their counsel. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
