HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI W.P. No. 2103 of 2013 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed seeking to declare action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action to stop the illegal constructions being undertaken by respondent Nos.5 and 6 in Sy.No.30 admeasuring 903 square yards of land situated at Lashkar Singaram village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District in pursuance of the representation dated 28.02.2012 made by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal. On 29.01.2013, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to file a petition seeking to implead proper and necessary parties to the writ petition, however, so far, no implead petition has been filed.
The learned Standing Counsel for Kakatiya Urban Development Authority appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 has submitted that since the writ petition is of the year 2013, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may file fresh representation and the authorities concerned will consider and dispose of the same.
In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation to the official respondents seeking redressal of his grievance if any, and on such representation being filed, respondent Nos.1 to 4 are
KVL,J WP_2103_2013 directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
