Since there was no representation for the revision petitioner on 19.06.2018, the Registry was directed to list the present revision under the caption 'for dismissal'.

The subject suit pending on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur, relates to the year 2001. The grievance of the revision petitioner relates to the direction given by the Court below to pay the stamp duty and penalty under Article 47-A of Schedule 1-A of the Indian Stamp Act. The Court below opined that the suit agreement of sale cannot be marked unless the stamp duty and penalty is paid. Today also, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents is present. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the present revision, stand closed.
