Learned counsel for the writ petitioners had filed a letter, dated 24.04.2018, before the Registry stating that the petitioners intend to withdraw the writ petition and requesting to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission for withdrawing the writ petition. 3.
