(1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently quash the Notice No.2196/PM/(IPU), APIIC/2004, dated 26th May, 2006. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and the order of the High Court dated 08-062006,15-6-2006 and 22-6-2006 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Challa Gunaranjan, Advocate for the petitioners and the Govt. Pleader for Industries for the Respondent No. 1 and Sri E. Madan Mohan Rao, S.C. for APIIC for the Respondent No. 2 and of Sri Y. V. Ravi Prasad, S.C. for UCO Bank on behalf of the Respondent No. 3, the Court made the following ORDER:
