14.11.2022 KS,J I.A. No.03 of 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner/accused in I.A. No.02 of 2022 in Crl.P.No.1903 of 2022 dated 22.07.2022 that he shall appear before the concerned authorities every once in a week i.e., on 1st Monday every month between 09:00 a.m. to 11:00 A.M. and other conditions were also imposed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent filed counter and submits that complaint was filed before the concerned Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions the appearance of the petitioner/accused before the concerned authorities may not be required.

However, in the event of any summons by Enforcement Directorate to the petitioner, he shall appear. Accordingly, IA is ordered.
