ORDER:
In this writ petition petitioner challenges the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with the petitioner's customary right and honour of conducting "Kalyanautsavam" of Sri Umamaheswara Swamy to be conducted after auspicious day of Sivaratri in Sri Umamaheshwara Swamy Vari Temple, Bandaravirayala, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District pending Original Application before the Endowments Tribunal.
In view of the fact that Shivratri festival is over, the first limb of the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. So far as the second limb of prayer is concerned, the Telangana Endowments Tribunal is directed to dispose of the O.A pending before it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
