HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2365 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard.

The defacto complainant and the accused both are present. There is already Lok Adalat award passed by the District Legal Services Authority, Rajahmundry on 17.02.2016 also referring to the pendency of the revision for payment of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for withdrawal of the maintenance claim by her and the defacto complainant therefrom says she is withdrawing the criminal proceedings covered by this revision by permission to compound.

Having regard to the above, permission is accorded and offence is compounded and the revision is allowed by acquitting the accused pursuant to the compromise, bail bonds if any stands cancelled.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
