Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
In the present writ petition, petitioner herein is praying for consideration of his representation dated 11.01.2018 wherein he sought for police protection to his son for the examinations which are scheduled to be held on 01.03.2018, 05.03.2018, 07.03.2018, 09.03.2018, 12.03.2018 and 14.03.2018.

Petitioner herein claims to be a resident of Varkur Village, Kodumur Mandal, Kurnool District. According to him, he used to do finance business for the past 15 years by taking loans from different persons and in the year 2017 he sustained heavy loss in the business which compelled him to file Insolvency Petition vide I.P.No.17/2017 on the file of District Court, Kurnool against 90 members. It is further stated in the writ affidavit that due to life threat he shifted his residence along with his family members to Peddagantyada, Gajuwaka on 20th June. It is further stated that his elder son Manjunatha Reddy was admitted in Sri Chaithanya Junior College, Old Gajuwaka in M.P.C Group.
It is further averred in the writ affidavit that on 3rd October certain people belonging to his village attacked his son at the college and they also came to their house and insisted to pay the loan amount and frightened them with dire consequences. It is also stated that they gave warning about his son also. It is also stated that apprehending danger the petitioner shifted to Nellore on 4th October. The affidavit further makes allegations against certain people as to his kidnapping also. It is also stated in the affidavit that on 06.02.
attending school. This prompted the petitioner to give a report also. It is eventually stated that on 11.01.2018 he approached the second respondent/Director General of Police, bringing to his notice the incidents mentioned supra.

Today when the matter is called, written instructions dated 26.02.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector, Malkapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam city are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions also speak about the lodging of a complaint on 06.02.2018 before the Malkapuram Police Station about the obstructions caused to him by certain people to know about the whereabouts of his father. It is also stated in the said written instructions that the Malkapuram Police warned the said persons and bound them over for the same on 06.02.2018 and accordingly the matter was closed on 06.02.2018. The instructions further say that the Malkapuram Police have provided police bandobust to the HSL High School Center, where the petitioner's son is going to appear for the examinations and necessary instructions are also issued to take care of the petitioner's son.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner's on is a bright student and is studying intermediate and because of his father's situation as mentioned supra there is a life threat for the son of the petitioner herein also. It is further submitted by the learned counsel on instructions that the petitioner herein would bring his son to Malkapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam City from where the police protection may be extended to the petitioner's son so as to enable him to write the examinations. 6.
Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel and the situation mentioned supra, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the
present writ petition, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to drop his son at Malkapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam city, on the above said dates of examinations, from where the petitioner's son shall be accompanied by one police constable to the examination centre and after completion of the exam police constable shall accompany the petitioner's son till he is brought to Malkapuram Police Station from where the petitioner shall collect his son. 7.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date:27.02.2018 Note:
