THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6083 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners alleging that the respondents failed to adhere to the instructions issued vide G.O.Ms.No.571 PR & RD (RD-III), dated 26.12.2007 and also failed to follow the due process of law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by Sri G. Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for the Maddipadu Mandal Parishad that the State Government issued instructions vide G.O.Ms.No.135, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (RD-I) Department, dated 17.09.2014. It is further submitted by him that the respondents are strictly adhering to the instructions of the State Government on the subject. The said submission is recorded.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to adhere to the due process, while sanctioning the pensions by taking into consideration the G.O.Ms.No.571 PR & RD (RD-III), dated 26.12.2007 and G.O.Ms.No.135, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (RD-I) Department, dated 17.09.2014.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
