No counter affidavit is filed.

Following the aforesaid order, the respondent herein is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, give them an opportunity of personal hearing and to pass a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest, in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
