The present interlocutory application has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned", as the same was not ordered while dismissing the related appeal i.e., W.A.No.513 of 2019 on 08.04.2022.

The delay of 197 days in filing the related appeal has to be condoned before taking up the appeal for disposal. However, due to inadvertence the interlocutory application was not placed before the Bench when the appeal was considered and

dismissed on 08.04.2022.

In the light of the aforesaid and in view of dismissal of the appeal, this interlocutory application is allowed.
