THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.50 of 2015 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner and resident of a house bearing No.20-2-182/1/A, 180, 182 situated at Circle 5, Kabutar Khana, Chota Bazar, Hyderabad and at the instance of the 3rd respondent, respondent No.2 is taking steps to demolish the same. It is also stated that the petitioner constructed the house as per plan, by obtaining building permission dated 17.11.2012 and since there were disputes between the 3rd respondent and the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is pressurising the authorities for demolition of the house. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
It is represented by the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 that action will be initiated only after following due process of law.
In view of the same, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to follow due process of law, before taking any steps for demolition of the house belonging to the petitioner, if the same is constructed in contravention of any provisions of law.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
