This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.2 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2216 of 2018 on the file of the XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charges are not yet framed against the petitioner/ A.2. It is contended that no accusation is made against the petitioner/ A.2 in the prosecution case.

The said contention can be raised before the trial Court by filing a discharge petition in accordance with law. 5.
With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
