THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3519 of 2012 When the matter was called on 07.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal' there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner herein. It indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
