HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.13451 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 07.04.2017 of the second respondent in rejecting the technical bid of the petitioner and awarding the rate contract to the third respondent vide work order dated 11.04.2017.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.13444 of 2017, vide order dated 28.08.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said order.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 28.08.2017 in W.P.No.13444 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
