This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " To declare the action of the respondents in not conducting survey of the petitioner's land i.e. to an extent of Ac.01-45 cents in Survey No.162/1, Ac.0-10 cents in Survey No.277/1 and to an extent of Ac.0-60 Cents in Survey No.277/3, situated at Srungavrukshapuram Village, Thondangi Mandal, East Godavari District though she made applications dated 27-01-2014 and 03-02-2016 along with payment of requisite fee, as illegal and arbitrary."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that Mandal Surveyor will conduct survey in a Fort-night duly serving notices to the petitioner as well as as surrounding boundary farmers, one week in advance.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
