When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is seeking promotion to the post of PGT from the date of promotion of his juniors.

While admitting the writ petition on 27.11.2003, this Court granted interim direction in WPMP No.31245 of 2003. In view of the said interim direction granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
