Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petitions are disposed of at the admission stage.

The Writ Petitions are filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 22.07.2011 and 20.06.2014 seeking to incorporate their names in revenue records and also to place the same in website, in respect of lands in Survey No.101/ 2 admeasuring Acs.3.00 cents, Acs.2.50 cents and Ac.1.00 cents of Kapuluppada Village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer that in view of the recent amendments, the Tahsildar may be directed to upload the names of the petitioners in the E-Register.

Learned Government Pleader submits that since the applications were submitted in the year 2014, the petitioners may be directed to make fresh applications, in which event, the authorities

may be directed to consider the applications, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the petitioners are directed to make fresh applications for uploading their names in the web land register in respect of lands in Survey No.101/ 2, admeasuring Acs.3.00 cents, Acs.2.50 cents and Ac.1.00 cents of Kapuluppada Village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in which event, the Tahsildar-respondent No.4 shall consider the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the aggrieved parties, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the applications.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
