HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11011 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.1 seeking to grant bail in Crime No.190 of 2015 of Khajipet Police Station, Khajipet, YSR District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 449 and 497 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed murder of the deceased, who is his wife, by cutting her throat. The petitioner was arrested on 19.08.2015 only, and the investigation is in crucial stage. Therefore, taking into consideration the gravity of the offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage.
