The above CMAMP is filed to permit the appellant/ petitioner to withdraw the appeal stating that the matter is settled between the parties outside the Court.

The learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company submits that as the matter is settled between the parties outside the Court, the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal, and therefore the appellant filed the above petition seeking withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed, and consequently, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
