When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that the police produced the seized vehicle before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, Nalgonda District and it is open for the petitioner herein to make necessary application before the court below for release of the seized vehicle.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner herein to make necessary application before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, Nalgonda District, for release of the seized vehicle, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
