In view of the subsequent three Judge Bench expression of such guidelines to refer the private parties for reconciliation is not a good law, the prayer sought for in this criminal petition cannot be considered.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition with appropriate relief if any.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
