When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of grievance petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 13.03.2017, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation and it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representation will be considered in accordance with law. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.03.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
