10.03.2022 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This application is filed seeking to modify the order dated 09.03.2022 in Crl.P.No.1878 of 2022 by replacing the name of the Court of "Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad" with "XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad" and also by replacing the name of the father of petitioner "Syed Akbar" with "Syed Akbar Khadri" in the cause title. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by oversight, they have mentioned the name of the Court and the name of the father of petitioner in the cause title wrongly and the same is carried in the order. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is ordered subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) with the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. __________ LK,J sj
