Since these two Writ Petitions are connected this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these two Writ Petitions by way of common order.
Heard, Sri T. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent No.1 and Sri A. Jagan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petitions, as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, is that the respondents are not adhering to the instructions issued by the State Government vide G.O.Rt.No.4459 Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 27-12-2006. It is also submitted by learned counsel that the candidates sponsored by the petitioner's agency are continuing as on date. On the other hand, it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 that by virtue of the order under challenge in W.P.No.3408 of 2017, the services of the candidates of the petitioner's outsourcing agency have been dispensed with. It is further submitted by learned Standing Counsel that the respondents may be permitted to proceed
with the process in accordance with G.O.Rt.No.4459 Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 27-12-2006 and other instructions issued by the State Government in this regard by open tenders.
In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing the respondents herein to proceed with the process strictly in accordance with G.O.Rt.No.4459 Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 27-12-2006 and other instructions issued by the State Government in this regard by open tenders. Till the said exercise concludes, status quo as on today shall be maintained by the respondents.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
