This Criminal Petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.3, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.135 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Gooty Police Station, Ananthapur district, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 r/w 34 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
