O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) In the light of the order passed today in W.P.M.P.No.19809 of 2016 filed in this writ petition, the cause in this writ petition does not survive so far as the secured asset belonging to the petitioner is concerned. In relation to any other issue that may still survive for consideration, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the statutory forum in accordance with law as and when cause of action arises.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
