HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.2959 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is preferred challenging the order dated 05-102015 made in Crl.M.P.No.546 of 2015 in Crime No.159 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Thungathurthy, Nalgonda District, wherein the learned Magistrate dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner invoking the provisions under Section 451 of Cr.P.C. for giving directions to S.H.O., Noothankal Police Station for release of Bolero Motor Car bearing No.TS 05 ED 2866 vide C.P.No.47/15. The charge-sheet is not yet filed in this case. Hence, the petitioner is directed to approach this Court after filing of charge-sheet and being it numbered as P.R.C. Number.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
