Heard Sri P.V.Srinivas Rao for petitioner, Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri D.Pochaiah counsel for 4th respondent. The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents 1 to 3 in referring the dispute in the acquisition of land in Sy.No.276/7 and Sy.No.271/4 of Mamidigudem, H/o.Kasipet Village, M.R.Kasipet, Adilabad District, to civil court under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, as illegal and contrary to the Land Acquisition Act.

Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition places on record the communicated received by the Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial on 05-11-2012.

Having regard to the said communication, counsel for petitioner submits that further orders are not necessary as the grievance is already redressed.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
