The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the application of my vendors vide application dated 14.10.2016 and not making necessary corrections in the revenue records and also issuing notification vide Rc.No: 5812/2015-G1 dated 05 01 2017 without my vendors names in respect of the land of an extent of 2710.4 Sq. yards in D.No: 3/1 Malkapuram village Thullur Mandal Guntur District A P as illegal arbitrary contrary to law ........."
The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that since the prayer is against inaction, the Court may consider issuing necessary directions to the respondents to examine the application in accordance with law.
Keeping in view, the limited grievance of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the application within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy this order. The authority competent to consider the representation, pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three (03)
months from the date of submission by the petitioner as stated above. It is made clear, this Court has not examined the merits, and it is for the authority to dispose of the representation examine the claim both in fact and law and pass orders. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
