HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 1416 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not providing necessary police aid to implement the orders passed by the III Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad in E.A.No. 34 of 2007 in O.S.No. 5155 of 1999, dated 12.4.2007. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions submits that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 133 of 2017 was registered on 9.2.2017 and investigation is in progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
