HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5310 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2011 and 23.02.2012 for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" to an extent of 18 guntas of land in Sy.No.444 of Wadepally Village, Hanmakonda Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that he made representations on 15.12.2011 and 23.02.2012 to the respondents 2 and 3 for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" (NOC). In pursuance to the same, though the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Warangal conducted survey and submitted a report dated 06.01.2014 to the Commissioner, Warangal Municipal Corporation, no orders are passed by the respondents 2 and 3. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In the instant case, since the representations made by the petitioner on 15.12.2011 and 23.02.2012 for grant of NOC are pending before the authorities, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J
