HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1954 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking early disposal of D.V.C.No.50 of 2017 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though the cognizance was taken in the year 2017 till date the case is not completed and the second respondent is prolonging the case on one pretext or the other. Hence, the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the D.V.C. at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to dispose of D.V.C.No.50 of 2017 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, without giving unnecessary adjournments.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
